Based on the X500 ultra rugged computer, the briefcase-size X500 Rugged Server is a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), high-performance, mobile rugged server that provides quick deployment and can be easily transported into emergency, disaster and temporary set-up environments.

The X500 Rugged Server has a hardware RAID (redundant array of independent disks) controller that can improve performance and protect your data. With up to 5 terabytes of storage, the X500 Server can be configured for RAID level 0, 1, 5.

At 16.1 x 11.4 x 4.6 inches in size, the X500 Rugged Server can be easily carried and deployed, maximizing uptime and efficiency. Self-contained, the X500 Server was designed to be brought to the front line and turned on with the same simplicity of a standard notebook.

Every X500 Server features dual Ethernet ports and independent Ethernet controllers allows clustering for high availability, load balancing and fault tolerance.

The X500 Rugged Server features a massive 15.6 inch Full HD 1080p widescreen display powered by an NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX1050 4GB discrete graphic controller delivering crystal-clear high def with incredible responsiveness.
Every X500 Rugged Server features an advanced QuadraClear® display. Getac’s QuadraClear solution reduces the sunlight’s reflectivity and provides a more effective contrast rate than other displays, while still maintaining the battery life you need in the field.
The QuadraClear display is powered by LEDs that provide an energy efficient display that is mercury-free, durable and consistent in brightness over time.
